Who We Are
Australia Today (also known as Today Australia) is a multinational research organisation focused on how trust is built, measured and maintained in the digital age.
Headquartered in Sydney, with operations across Australia and China, we support governments and enterprises navigating digital transformation in complex, cross-border environments. Our work sits at the intersection of data, technology, policy and human behaviour — where trust is often gained or lost.
Our research team is led by a Professor of Digital Marketing at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Together, we developed the TDS-CSI dual-dimensional trust evaluation model and a real-time trust monitoring system that allows organisations to see how trust shifts in response to market change, policy updates and public sentiment.
Our work is applied, not theoretical. It has been used across cross-border e-commerce platforms, public digital services and enterprise systems. We collaborate with institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and regularly publish research, including the Digital Trust Index Report, to help organisations strengthen data security, improve customer experience and build sustainable competitive advantage.
